General

How should I setup an appointment or schedule a session?

Filling out our Contact form is best.  From there we’ll find out exactly what you are looking for and either schedule a consultation or a session.

You can just airbrush that out, right?

Photoshop is not a magic wand and it takes time to digitally manipulate photos. It is much easier to fix the problem before the photo is taken. Yes, we can do all sorts of stuff with image manipulation, but our time is valuable and will charge according.

Do you sell the digital images?

Yes. However, the pricing for them differs depending on your type of session. Contact us for the details.

Do you offer any discounts?

All of our discounts are listed on our Promotions page. If it’s not listed there, we don’t offer it.

Do you offer event coverage?
Yes. In addition to weddings we cover anniversary parties, birthday parties, corporate events, dance recitals, bar/bat mitzvahs, galas, and just about any other event. Contact us with the details for your event and we’ll give you a quote.

Portraits

Can we bring a change of clothes?

Sure, if you want to. Just keep in mind that we have to stick to our scheduled time slot and the more time you take changing, the less time we have to take photos.

Our portrait session is going to be outside. What if it rains?

Then we’ll get wet! However, it’s probably better if we keep in touch that day and watch the weather. If it’s overcast, that’s just fine. If it’s outright raining, we’ll simply reschedule for a mutually convenient time. No problem!

Can we bring our pet?

Sure! Go ahead and bring your special furry, slithery or scaley family member. Just remember, he counts as a subject so an additional $5/subject might apply. See the “Investment” tab of the family portraits section.

Weddings

When should we start coverage of the day?

We recommend beginning coverage about an hour before your ceremony, however we will work with you and figure out what best suits your day.

Should we have coverage until the end of the reception?

That’s entirely up to you. Although, it’s not common for us to stay until the very end. Our standard coverage is for 7 hours. If you want coverage until the very end (more than 7 hours) you can certainly extend our time. We can discuss more during your consultation.

Are you available for my date?

We are comprised of a team of talented photographers. Contact us to find out our availability.

Do you have liability insurance?

Of course we do. We wouldn’t be professionals if we didn’t.
